Soiling, edges chipping, paper age toned, but never stitched. Sabin #9333 describes the 1st edition as a 33 page pamphlet. With two columns of very small type this seven page flyer includes the same material. Very strong reaction to the beating (caning) Congressman Brooks of South Carolina gave Senator Sumner of Massachusetts & much on the Burlingame's belief that South Carolina contributed almost nothing to the American Revolution.
